- Qualification: High school
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction
Production Foreman
- Qualification: 10+2
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a precast production line
Reinforcement Foreman
- Qualification: 10+2
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a precast reinforcement yard
Reinforcement Supervisor
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a precast reinforcement yard
Production Supervisor/Engineer
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a precast production line
