Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, withdrawals, and stockroom inventory.
- Cross-check physical stock frequently to avoid discrepancies.
- Conduct month-end inventory for beverages, general items, and tobacco.
- Track short-expiry products and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed.
- Order Processing:
- Place orders for general, food, and beverage items.
- Update chiller temperatures and ensure cleanliness in beverage, wine, and general stores.
- Issue and post all requisitions as per requests from various outlets.
