- Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills : 8 Years of experience related to Budget, Costing, Accounting and Financial Analysis.
Job Description:
Review/ analyze, prepare and consolidate the Revenue, Operating, Capital and Manpower Budget and participate in the Five-Year Business Plan preparation. Review/prepare periodic financial reports, carry-out cost analysis and monitor expenses and report accordingly to ensure that they are within budget limits. Prepare accruals and monthly payments; reconcile with General Ledger, follow up and ensure cash flow preparation by Finance & Investment Directorate. Exercise financial control over pre and post commitment of contracts and purchase orders in compliance with all the policies and procedures as per Clients Delegation of Authority.
Key Accountabilities:
Budget & Cost Control.• Participate in the preparation of the annual Operating, Capital, Recharge and Revenue Budget for all Functions within the organization.
• Oversee the preparation of operational and financial analysis to deep dive existing clients Functions expenditures.
• Follow-up the preparation, checking and reconciliation of the monthly and annual Accruals for all the Divisions for the cash flow preparation purposes.
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures.
• Implement approved Function/ Division/ Department/ Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International standards.
- Performance Management
• Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Function/ Division / Department/ Section in line with the Company Performance framework.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement
• Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
• Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
- Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
• Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and organization Code of Practices.
